What is your return policy?
We offer 30-Day Returns from the delivery date for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must generally be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all parts, hardware, and manuals. What should I do if my package arrives damaged or missing?
If tracking shows delivered but it is missing, please check your porch, garage, and with neighbors, then contact us after 24 hours. If a package arrives damaged, inspect it immediately and contact us at support@coldesk.com within 7 days. Please include your order number and clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and the damaged product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled or changed only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our standard return process after delivery.
